UX/UI Designer

Supreme attention to detail in all facets of visual design is required, as is the ability to connect the dots between UX/UI, technology, brand vision and strategic goals. Digital Marketing Manager
If you live and breathe digital marketing, Generation Brands wants to talk to you. You will work with the marketing, e-commerce, web development and creative teams to manage digital projects from implementation through reporting. These will include digital projects for our portfolio of websites and customer portals.

Imaging Specialist
Generation Brands is looking for a talented Imaging Specialist who has the skill to take images from un-retouched files to clean and crisp final images. The Retouching Artist will partner with the studio manager, to support the designers vision to create, prepare and execute marketing materials including: large scale catalogs, brochures, digital media, environmental graphics and print advertising. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Will have strong attention to detail in retouching, clipping and color correcting images with an eye for design and color. This person should be creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with experience working in a production environment. Photo studio experience a plus.

Supplier Quality Director
The Supplier Quality Director is responsible for delivering on all aspects of Supplier Quality. The Director will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers continue to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction of variation and waste, continuous improvement, meet GB quality standards, and ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.

Supplier Quality Engineer
The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible to execute in all aspects of Supplier Quality. The SQE will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers continue to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction of variation and waste, continuous improvement, meet GB quality standards, and ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to.

Quality Coordinator
The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Quality Department and working cross functionally to assist with administrative tasks such as compiling data and communicating results, generating reports, managing Excel spreadsheets, creating appropriate documentation and document control as well as maintaining the CAPA system and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Quality Engineer
The Quality Engineer is responsible for overseeing the quality functions of the Skokie facility and other areas as assigned. This includes but not limited to inspection, developing systems and procedures, customer complaint resolution, scrap reduction and audits.

Reliability Engineer
The Reliability Engineering Manager will work with Design Engineering, Suppliers and New Product Development teams to develop reliability requirements, establish product level reliability programs and perform appropriate analysis and testing to ensure that all products meet reliability requirements.

Job Description

Associate Product Manager
Supports the assigned brand team to launch new products with excellence. Leads product life cycle management projects including competitive pricing analysis, maintaining product report cards, database & support material maintenance aimed at maximizing the performance of the product portfolio. Serves as subject matter expert for assigned brands and product lines, supporting various internal teams as needed.

NPD Project Manager
The Product Development Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of new products from concept development to production and market launch. Responsibilities include: timeline management, cross-functional team leadership, vendor collaboration, project management, and documentation. The Project Manager works with Industrial Design, Engineering, and Product Management to prioritize a portfolio of annual launches, and define feature sets for new products.

Brand Vice President of Product
The Brand Vice President acts as the business owner for a portfolio of products, to drive business results through: new product development, developing marketing programs, executing programs/projects, measuring results, and analyzing the competitive market. The Brand Vice President leads the Product Marketing & New Product Development initiatives and personnel for a product line or brand, to deliver business results. The Brand Vice President collaborates with the Generation Brands Executive Team and other key managers to develop the strategic and tactical plans for their product line/brand and has ownership of executing the plan, leading personnel, and delivering results.

Brand Director
Lead the business management, marketing, growth strategy, and new product development for the Feiss lighting brand and the Monte Carlo ceiling fan brand in Generation Brands’ portfolio. Deliver financial targets for the business, create marketing programs, develop outstanding new products, and lead a team of employees.
